Same difference: a portal of opinions, sponsored and unsponsored, 
filtering a search with the sponsored opinions up top and labeled.

"The Web" is a useful but ugly golem.  At least it dresses like one.

It does not.  It does sell keywords, so "worst xml tools"
will get the same "Sponsored Links" (clearly so marked)
as "best xml tools", based on the presence of "xml tools".
