canonicalization

The UDDI people seem to like the W3C format, but want to be
"Schema-Centric":

And next, does anyone know how/if Canonical XML and XInclude get along?

Neither document references the other directly, and I can come up with a
few scenarios.

Maybe canonization is simpler....
