Please note that the XML Schema Comments list is the only mailing list that
members of the W3C XML Schema Working Group are required to read and
respond to. If you want to make us formally responsible for dealing with
your feedback, you should post to the comments list. Here is the list

The list to which Dare refers is a W3C mailing list for XML Schema

Nobody has any formal obligation to respond to anything on this list. I do
not know to what extent you can count on finding a representative of a
given company on the above list. However, the discussion on the above list
is active, interesting, and helpful.
