Yep - I've done quite a lot of work on Schemas with both (.NET and MSXML)
and found compliance to be very good.

Although i am guessing the latest SP1 for MSXML brought even more compliance
(i guess coz i can't find a resource that details the updates), I haven't
heard too many rumblings about non-compliance.
