People both on this list and XMLSHEMA-DEV have emailed me with issues
which I have tried to resolve and filed bugs for if they turned out to
be defects in our product. 

We also track our newsgroups and try to resolve issues raised by users
on them as well. 

I assumed that most vendors do this...
