OK.

Microsoft seems to ignore it, but if you take a look at the RFC, you'll see
participation from Oracle, Rational and IBM (for instance, Eclipse project).
As of today, SAP Portal's WebDAV connector is also shipping with RFC3253
support.

Actually, a lot of interop discussion is happening on the w3c dist-auth
mailing list, with the notable absence of Microsoft (although they have the
biggest problems in both their servers and clients).
