Keep in mind that my numbers started in April 2001, since that's when
archive.org first noticed XMethods.net.  XML-RPC is 4 years old, and
SOAP is maybe 3.5(?).  Unfortunately, I don't have any numbers before
April 2001, but if somebody has some, I'd love to include them.
