The April 30th draft? Yes, that's a fair bet. Today is May 7th. On the
other hand, many of them support most of what is in the December 20th draft.

Actually, the XML Schema list is shorter. There are 12 tools listed on
their tool page, but only about 7 of these are not schema validators,
depending on how you count. XML Schema is a REC, XQuery is a Working Draft.
So the operant question is this: when XQuery is a REC, how many of the
above implementations, or new implementations, will implement at least the
dynamic type system, which is the part that will probably be required? I
don't know. We made some big changes to our type system between the
December and April drafts. I'm waiting to hear more from implementors. Our
goal, at least, is to produce an implementable spec, and I think we have
done reasonably well so far.
