You need a bit more than just digital sigs using public key (asymmetrical)
cryptography to provide non-repudiation capability, though the encryption is a prereq.
Persistent storage of transactions is also a must (typically at both trading partner
ends).
ebXML Message Service Handler (MSH) is a good solution if you need such
things...web services specs are not there yet and won't be for a while yet.
