URIs seem to be the "zero" of web "THING" notation.
They identify nothing, but without them, it is
cumbersome to separate related things.
I do hope that all parties realize that even where
a programmer can work with an abstraction, explaining
it to the users costs more that it is worth. I think
I now comprehend the working meaning of "web of trust".
The user asks the programmer why the http:// control
is returning an error message the programmer tells
them, "it doesn't matter. Trust me."
