Dear Harry
You may include <oXygen/> XML Editor in that section.
It is based on Xerces and offers support for XML Schema helping with
both schema documents and instance documents.
It is freely available online as an applet at
http://oxygen.sync.ro/applet and also can be downloaded as a desktop
application having a 30 days trial http://oxygen.sync.ro/download.html
