And how much do *you* think you have to depend on it?

If you are trusting the directory to give you all the data about a
particular resource -- or, rather, all the resources to go to -- then
you're trusting that directory quite a bit. Yes, of course you have to
trust the ultimate provider, but a distributed unauthenticated directory
with tons of trust points is not a good thing.

UDDI is just bad, and apparently getting the fate (slow withering death)
it deserves.
