It is already a source of much consternation that XSD is not a single
focused spec but instead dabbles poorly in co-occurence constraints then
carries around infoset augmentations like default values. I'd hate to
see it become an even more bloated, jack-of-all-trades spec by having it
support sopmething similar to entities.
