depends on the context provided by the DTD for the current document,
allowing dependence on namespace context wouldn't be a lot different.
The expansion happens at a different time and is (or is not) reflected
in the infoset in differnt ways, but as far as writing the thing
goes, the fact that you can use XML entity and character references in
XML but not on bamboo is already a difference.
