Excellent list.  A few extras:
URI (still an active shrine of URI thought)

xml-uri (now a cemetery visited only by the morbidly curious + spam)

www-tag (W3C technical architecture group)

urn-ietf (IETF work, now completed)

None of these are light reading, even compared to xml-dev.
