Other indications of support of RELAX NG at W3C:

XML Signature http://www.w3.org/Signature/2002/07/xmldsig-core-schema.rng
As John Cowan says, once RELAX NG passes the blood-brain barrier, it's hard
to stay away -- apparently even at the W3C.
