It's not normal behavior for the vast majority of computer users.  It
does seem, however, to be a far more common occurrence as the amount of
XML out there increases.  All those tools which hide the XML experience
from the user churn out lots of XML, and more and more people are
starting to look at the pile closely.

Those explorers need better tools, or so I'm hearing.
