Norm forgot to edit the firewall filename to be a public filename by
replacing "/apps/org/workgroup/entity/" to be "/committees/".
The following will work:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/2425/cs-entity-xml-catalogs-1.0.pdf
Learning the vagaries of the new collaboration environment has been a
painful experience for many chairs of the committees ... please forgive our
oversights while we get used to what we have to do.
