Thanks for the reply.
I have clients creating XML instances via scripts. I wanted to provide them
the easiest way to validate them against my XML Schema. I told them to get
Jedit. It does the job, but IE would have been easier.
Is there any native to XP or Windows 2000 that provides XML Schema
validation?

No.
The MSXML version used by IE doesn't have XSD support anyway.
