Thank you -- that clarifies your intent. It sounds like you want to allow
your script to be used by a system that itself is not GPL (or even open
source); if so then it looks like the LGPL is more like what you want.
Incorporating the script into a web page and serving it up to a user agent
where it is run is not "mere aggregation"; in my understanding, "mere
aggregation" would be putting it on a CDROM along with a sample copy of
Paint Shop Pro and gluing it to the front of a magazine.

To tell you the truth, I don't really know as I'm not a lawyer. I don't
expect the server side stuff to be effected but I may be wrong. Read the
license. Some points that may interest you are:

If any open source project team sees licensing problems with Sarissa, I
will hapilly provide permission to them to do what they wish with the
code. It's just a script after all, nothing ultra cool or something.
