Here's a crude suggestion.

You put the various schemas into editor windows.  You make new schemas in
other editor windows, one corresponding to each namespace in question, which
are empty.  The overall schema imports all the other namespaces.

Now you copy the known-to-be required elements and/or types from the overall
schema to the new schema and validate it (perhaps using the smallest
possible document that references any one of these).  You fix the errors
reported by copying to the new files the bits from the various namespaces
that are pronounced missing by the validator and validate again.
Eventually, everything needed winds up in the various new files.
