Well, that's good, because xml is not a programming language and is not
claimed to be, nor does it have any logic, patched on or otherwise.  Good to
see you are finally hearing something that has been said here.

Of course, if you want to see logic and xml together, you can go to look at
__applications__ of xml - why don't you start with OWL (although of course
the xml only comes in for serialization - still, that's something, right?).
