The level/quality of member sponsorship is necessarily a good judge of a
framework, but HR-XML enjoys a large amount of backing [1], and from a
diverse set of organizations ranging from IBM to Microsoft to the
Society for Human Resource Management to the various job search sites
(HotJobs, Monstor.com, etc.)
