It is pretty easy to transform any XML into something that OWL
understands e.g. http://www.openhealth.org/WOWG/XMLtoSchema.xsl (note
this assumed a *very* early version of OWL/RDF and hasn't yet been
updated) and similarly you might transform an XSD into an OWL ontology
e.g.http://www.openhealth.org/WOWG/XSDtoSchema.xsl (which works only for
some very simple XSDs i.e. is hardly complete) which is derived from
http://www.openhealth.org/WOWG/Schema.owl
This is a sketch of this type of approach
http://www.openhealth.org/WOWG/ contains examples of XML documents and
XSDs which have been so transformed.
