And if I had a DTD, with my own entity declarations? Perhaps even one
for ü ?
Between this and XInclude, a lot of people are dancing around entities,
but they seem to create new problems thanks to unexplained layering.
I'm looking for alternate approaches to entity processing myself, but
I'm not going to touch technologies which solve problems sometimes maybe
if the right collection of software happens to be present.
What processes these things? When? Why?
What are existing processors supposed to do?
This makes XML 1.1 look like a walk in the park as far as change is
concerned.
And is there a UTF-16+names?
