No, that is most likely because XML Schema is confusing and requires
eletrical circuit diagrams to explain how certain things work
(http://www.olegdulin.com/archives/000017.html , excuse my sarcasm) . I
haven't seem WinFS but my guess is that it is probably much simpler to
use than Schema and does not require a B.Sc. in EE and Masters in Comp. Sci.
