Not a serious resource but if you want some numbers:
PerlRDF toolkit is available in two packages. The first one works with
RDF/XML syntax and the other one adds an N3 parser and serializer. The
ration of downloads is about 3/2 (XML/N3). However, some people may
download both packages just to have the toolkit complete.
