Hi,
Both Xopus (available, not open source) and BitFlux Editor (alpha
release available, open source) do this, sort of.
The difference is that they don't generate html forms, but editable
html, resulting in "What You See Is What You Get" (when the xml data is
published online) editing. This is often preferable to forms.
