   RE: [xml-dev] Prior Art For Microsoft's XUL Patent Wanted

[ Lists Home | Date Index | Thread Index ]

Thanks. I knew it. I admit it. I think it
is the right way to do business. I'm more than
just a little tired of the www scams of invention,
hero worship, who's zoomin' who. This is just
engineering for cryin' out loud. Reading some
blogs, one would think humans had evolved or something.

Rock is crude and not to be taken seriously if it
is to be seriously enjoyed.  It isn't the licks;
it works because of the amplifier.

I think it was, and still is fairly advanced. My point wasn't to disparage
the
excellent work in any way, but rather to make the point eloquently made by
Richard Pearse (rather appropriate too!)

  "It is impossible to assign any invention to one
    man, as all inventions are the products of many
    minds."

Knowingly or not, we all build upon what has come before.
