Which directly points at one of the shortcomings of a lot of current
SOAP thinking: it's mired in the "Web services" area when the nice
little standard bricks it provides could be usefully reused accross the
spectrum of XML technologies -- having a standard envelope in which to
easily stuff more than the body is a good step towards packaging, and
generally applicable.
