elements or attributes

Hi,

 

For instance I have an information list about movies such as following:

 

title, year, director, music, duration, country, language, genre, etc.

 

I'm creating a XML document and a DTD about these informations.

 

What method can I apply in order to identify if a given information must be elements and which must be attributes?
