An innocent question
Youth responds passionately
Age quietly smiles

Maybe something like :
A beginner's question.
He of little experience speaks passionately.
The expert smiles.

My favorite answer is still Michael Kay's from almost four years ago (http://lists.xml.org/archives/xml-dev/200006/msg00285.html -- if he could have cut a few syllables, it would have been a great haiku):
  Beginners always ask this question.
Those with a little experience express their opinions passionately.
Experts tell you there is no right answer.
