One way is to reference the XML schemas that define the various
vocabularies in the XML documents themselves, although - according to
the W3C Schema Recommendation 1.0 - schema processors are not required
to recognize these references. Another way is to associate the XML
documents with the pertinent schemas at the "point of processing", such
as at a server at which they are processed.
