I currently have a related problem: I need to be able to generate
namespace names from prefixes when no declaration is present.
Normal XML parsers treat this as an error, but TagSoup does not;
it supplies the namespace name "urn:x-prefix:<prefix>". I'd
like to switch this to "urn:qname:prefix", if you can change the
draft to allow such an URN.
BTW, the header line still says "UUID URN".
