Dear All,
Thank you for all who have so far replied to my vague questions regarding XML implementations, I am still continuing my research on the same and would like a little help from your side if you can please.
I am doing a research on Impact of XML on the life cycle of a Project (impact study for xml implementation). What I am trying to do is identify the factors that influence an XML implementation in terms of a Project life cycle (such as SDLC) and trying to measure the effects and impact this is making at the moment on the Information systems as XML is being vastly used at the moment.
I had previously received several responses regarding this in september 2004 and there was one response which guided me to use SOA and i have also deviced a model which is an extended SDLC for SOA implementation. The part missing now is I need a Case Study or Organisation case which i can use to test the model and also to test the factors that influence and hence measure how XML implementation actually affects IS. I am also trying to focus on XML databases.
Any help is much appreciated and I will send you my research for your comments and what you think about it once completed.
Thanks,
Sudip Trivedi
