my 2p,
software patents and creating some legal means to protect IP is
unsustainable. The idea of owning an idea is is just as sane as owning
land, makes complete sense until someone rolls up with a tank and says
'mine'. Various legal systems worldwide that deal with patents and IP
are not made for 99% of people, which of course means its ripe for revolt.

I think god's on another list and I would be surprised if george
subscribes (or can type) to xml-dev.....
