    Web 2.0 is not the buzzword menagere that everyone here makes it
    out to be. If there is software driving it, it's old stuff. Most
    blogging software is Perl or Python.

    The big deal about W20 is that more people are making more
    content. It's about human interaction, and more importantly
    human intervention in the structure of the web.

    The breakthrough is the permalink, it is not a technological
    breakthrough, but a political/organizational breakthrough.
