That's not what is being discussed. The question is whether ##other
can in any situation contain ##local. If so I can understand why
someone would suppose that ken's example is non-deterministic, if not
I cannot understand it. However I am also wondering if one has a model
where everything should be skipped in processing if that model can be
considered to be non-deterministic, if everything is supposed to be
skipped there should not be a chance of conflicts.
