For the record, the Mark-It parser from the SEMA Group implemented all
the optional features. It was the first SGML parser that I ever used,
so I ended up using all the features, including DATATAG and CONCUR but
maybe not RANK, at various times.

Do I miss all the features? Not at all, not even CONCUR. When you
need CONCUR, you really need CONCUR, but happily I only needed it the
once.

Tony.
