The license words you suggest Mr. Kay would stand a better chance
if congress would rescind the patent and copyright laws.
It is copyright and patent laws that have deported most non hamburger
flipper American jobs to foreign countries. The owner of the patent
or copyright, has a monopoly protected market, hence profit becomes
a function of production cost not market price.
Cheapest cost maximizes profits when price is fixed and competition
is estopped.
