BTW, RELAX-NG (REgular LAnguage for XML) is part 2 of ISO/IEC 19757,
a work product of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 34 (of which I am the secretariat
manager and Dr. Jim Mason is the chairman). Part 3 is Schematron and
part 4 is NVDL. Other parts are listed on the Document Schema
Definition Languages (DSDL) http://www.dsdl.org site.
I have created a page referencing the publicly-available ISO
specifications for RELAX-NG:
http://www.relax-ng.org/
I hope this helps.
