Well, if you go there, you could just use

  /*[local-name() = 'a' and namespace-uri() = 'http://p1.uri'][1]/
   *[local-name() = 'b' and namespace-uri() = 'http://p2.uri'][1]/
   *[local-name() = 'c' and namespace-uri() = 'http://p.uri'][1]
