Hum, I am wary of using GTK+, right now the GUI is .Net but will be
moving to using XUL when I take it cross platform. I don't like the
idea of adding GTK+ to the mix.

Here is exactly what I need to do:  My application is a event
photography presentation system (www.photoparata.com).  What makes it
unique is that the photographer can, if s/he so chooses, organize the
image galleries in a hierarchical fashion.  I need a wizard that will
present the user with questions which will result in the correct
structure of the image galleries, sometimes hierarchical, other times
flat.
