When they are convinced that it is worthwhile.  Until then, you are just a lone idealist (some might say fanatic). Perhaps your idea is the greatest thing for data queries since Calculus or Relativity, but your stubbornness is hurting your cause.

Start small.  Write some papers that compare and contrast the current solutions with your proposal.  Write sample "code" on web pages. Explain how users might migrate, and why they would wish to do so.  How does your concept fit into the current set of tools that developers use?  Use those papers, etc., to convince just one developer to sketch out a design.

You haven't proven this is worth the time spent to read the email and you seem unwilling to take any advice.  No wonder you're on the verge of being consigned to the dustbin of email, to coin a phrase. :)
