In fact that UBL subcommittee was disbanded when I founded this
standalone OASIS technical committee:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/codelist
Tony Coates, who did seminal work in this regard for years, donated
his genericode accomplishments to the committee and it evolved into
the published specification.
I'm in the process of posting a response to Roger right now ... ready soon.
