RE: [xml-dev] Whither JDOM?

I'd like to be debating this on the JDOM list, but I brought the
meta-topic here because there appears to be no there there.
If JDOM is now unmaintained, then I have a bigger problem than the
newline wars that led to XML 1.0 R5.
