I'm starting to think that it has to do with security zones and settings.
From my office
<http://greenbytes.de/tech/webdav/draft-ietf-httpbis-p1-messaging-11.xml>
certainly works in IE8 but doesn't display at all in IE9beta; what do
other people with IE9 beta get?
