An interesting choice of feature to highlight, since the main new 
feature in 1.1, the expanded set of characters allowed in element and 
attribute names, was retrospectively added to xml 1.0 in xml 1.0 5th 
edition, so it's not at all easy to tell whether documents use that 
feature, or if applications support it, or at least looking at declared 
version numbers gives no information.
