I've already acknowledged that large bureaucratic organizations - the 
kinds that have (things called) Risk Management functions - aren't going 
to welcome this.

That isn't meant as any kind of complement toward those organizations, 
however.

If you want to be a bureaucrat, be a bureaucrat.  There are other better 
options, though.
