Hi Dimitre,

You can convert between RNC and RNG with Trang.
In this particular case there is already an RNG version of the TEI 
schema so you can use that instead of RNC:
http://www.tei-c.org/release/xml/tei/custom/schema/relaxng/tei_all.rng
